This week, let's dive into WHY you stay stuck (why I stayed stuck) and how to finally move forward (what I learned that helped me finally be able to move forward).

1. 🔥 You want certainty and wait for clarity before acting—Clarity only comes from experience which comes from action. And certainty? ... LOL. Are you ever "certain"? Don't wait - or you'll likely stay stuck.

2. 🔥 You’ve tied your identity to your life roles, not your life values—You are more than the roles you've played — who you are was - and continues to be shaped by what (and who) you value in life. When was the last time you thought about that?

3. 🔥 You avoid discomfort—but we both know that growth always comes with a little chaos (aka: discomfort). By avoiding discomfort you'll be avoiding your own growth. (newsflash: that includes the discomfort that comes with conflict...)
